• Vice President & Loan Review Manager at Worthen Banking Corporation

  1993 - 1994

  Managed holding company loan review department which included supervision of up to eleven staff members conducting loan reviews in 11 banks totaling $3.7 billion in total assets (lead bank $1.7 billion). Reorganized department loan review process based on overall risk to the holding company; and improved overall staff efficiency with personal computer and software improvements.
